SUPPORT INDIE FOOD, TOO : THE SEATTLE FALAFEL TRUCK

Every Monday, the independent Halláva Falafel brings their falafel truck and parks it in front of the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in Seattle to deliver wonderful, fresh, and cheerful falafel specialties to everyone for lunch. Check it out. Every Monday at 4408 Delridge Way SW in West Seattle, Seattle WA 98106, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Halláva Falafel revolutionizes street food. Featuring falafel fried in an olive oil blend and paired with handmade salads and sauces, including Russian beet relish, curried zucchini, and amazing tzatziki! Chicken shawarma is a new specialty item, and borscht will soon be added to the menu! It's good for you, and tasty, too! Some say it's the best falafel in the state of Washington!
