If you ever needed a reason why we so desperately need change in this country, it is not just because our nation's President is at the lowest popular rating by his own people since his inauguration, but also because Congress is, as well. At the time this post was made, the President sits at a 28% approval rating, and Congress sits below that, with a 24% approval rating. [Some polls will vary in results, depending on people polled, but these numbers had the most consensus.]
But if you ever really needed a reason to believe we need change in this country, then let me leave you with this quote, spoken by our very own President George W. Bush, in his FOXNews interview this past Sunday, February 10, 2008:
"It's very hard to write the future history of America before the current history hasn't been fully written."
Sigh. Gosh bless America.
