WE GET EMAILS: PEOPLE FIND US AND RESPOND

In response to a couple of our features and posts, people have found us and responded with their thanks. :) How nice. We appreciate people who take the time to thank the little people who help them out, and we like to share:

In response to The Story of Stuff post, Allison, the speaker in the video, wrote:
"Thanks so much for helping me spread the word about The Story of Stuff! We really appreciate your support and your blogging on such important political issues. Thanks so much for all your work! Cheers, Allison"

In response to Waste Management being featured as the Green Thinker of the Month, Robert Kidwell of WM wrote:
"Thank you very much for the recognition as Green Thinker of the Month. We have been trying very hard to take steps to positively contribute to the environment and to help people and businesses minimize their footprint. Recognition of these efforts is always appreciated. Thank you again for acknowledgment, Robert Kidwell"

In response to the D2E Sustainable Living Conference post, Nina J. Berger, D2E Representative, wrote:
"Thanks! Hope you can make it to D2E this weekend. Things are really coming together! -Nina"

***ALSO, A NOTE ABOUT OUR DECISION NOT TO INCLUDE COMMENTS TO POSTS:***
If you want to send any comments to us, email us! We do not print comments to blog posts on the posts, themselves, because, after a decade of reading some of the most vile people leaving horrible comments to others, often having nothing to do with the posts but just backlashing for personal vendetta or just because they can, we have decided that comments really just detract from the posts and that most people have nothing new or nice to say; those who do have something to say have already started their own blogs, and you can usually find them writing over there. If you do have something to say that is relevant to the post, however, please do email us. We read all our emails, and if the comment is relevant and necessary, we will update and add the information to the original post.
